Our Workout Builder allows you to create programs with classic exercises... and also to integrate supersets or trisets.

To add a classic exercise, simply drag it from left to right in your workout.

Now that you have 1 exercise in your workout, you can create a superset with this same exercise.

To do this, repeat the exact same action by dragging an exercise on top of your current exercise to turn it into a superset.

To create a triset, it is the same thing.

You just have to drag a 3rd exercise on the 2 others to create the triset.

All you have to do is configure the exercises that are in your supersets & trisets before sending your workout to your client.

When you set up your supersets and trisets, the last exercise of the circuit is the one that gives the rest time between each set.

There you go, now you know how to create your first supersets & trisets.
