The "How I Coach" section (also called "Coaching Method") is one of the most powerful parts of your website.

It helps potential clients understand what makes your coaching unique before they see pricing.

A strong coaching method section builds trust and shows your expertise.

📍 Where to Find This Section

  1. Go to your Admin Panel

  2. Click Website in the left sidebar

  3. Select the Home Page tab

  4. Scroll down to find the Coaching Method card

🎨 What You Can Customize

The Coaching Method section has 3 parts:

1. Section Header (Title + Subtitle)

This appears at the top of your coaching method section on your website.

2. Three Method Cards (Pillars)

Each card represents one "pillar" of your coaching approach - what you do differently!

3. Checklist Items (Optional)

Each card can have up to 3 bullet points for extra details.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Set Your Section Title & Subtitle

At the top of the Coaching Method card, you'll see two text fields:

Field

What to Write

Example

Section Title

A catchy headline about how you coach

"My Coaching Philosophy" or "How I Transform Lives"

Subtitle

A short supporting sentence

"A proven 3-pillar approach to lasting results"

💡 Tip: Keep the title short and impactful. Use the subtitle to add more context.

Step 2: Configure Each Method Card (Pillar)

You have 3 method cards to fill out. Each card has its own editor box.

For each card, fill in:

a) Icon or Emoji 🎨

Click the icon/emoji picker button to choose a visual:

  • Popular tab: Quick access to common icons (heart, star, target, trophy, etc.)

  • Categories tab: Icons organized by theme (Fitness, Emotions, Communication, Media, Food, Tech)

  • Emoji tab: Type or select any emoji (💪, 🧠, 🔥, etc.)

Examples of good icon choices:

  • Nutrition pillar → 🍏 or 🥗

  • Mindset pillar → 🧠 or 💭

  • Training pillar → 💪 or 🏋️

  • Accountability → 📊 or ✅

  • Results → 🏆 or 📈

b) Method Title

A clear, short name for this pillar of your coaching.

Good Examples

Avoid

"Personalized Training"

"Training" (too vague)

"Mindset & Motivation"

"I help with mindset stuff"

"Nutrition Made Simple"

"Eating advice"

"Weekly Accountability"

"Check-ins"

c) Method Description

A 2-3 sentence explanation of what this pillar means and how it helps your clients.

Example:

"Every client gets a customized training program based on their goals, schedule, and fitness level. No cookie-cutter templates - just a plan that works for your life."

💡 Pro tip: Focus on the benefit to the client, not just what you do.

d) Checklist Items (Optional, 0-3 items)

Add up to 3 bullet points that appear under your description with checkmarks.

These are great for specific features or promises.

Example checklist for "Personalized Training":

  1. ✓ Custom workout plan updated weekly

  2. ✓ Video demonstrations for every exercise

  3. ✓ Adapted to your equipment and schedule

Step 3: Preview Your Changes

As you type, you'll see two live previews:

  1. Full Section Preview - Shows all 3 cards together as they'll appear on your website

  2. Individual Card Preview - Shows each card separately in the editing area

The previews update in real-time so you can see exactly how your website will look!

Watch for warning badges:

  • ⚠️ "Add emoji" - You need to select an icon/emoji

  • ⚠️ "Add title" - The card needs a title

  • ⚠️ "Add description" - The card needs a description

Step 4: Use AI to Improve Your Content (Optional)

Click the ✨ Improve with AI button at the top of the Coaching Method card. Dwayne AI will rewrite your content to be more compelling and conversion-focused.

Note: Using AI costs 1 credit.

Step 5: Publish Your Changes

When you're happy with your coaching method section:

  1. Click the Publish button (top right corner)

  2. Review your changes in the publish modal

  3. Confirm to make changes live!

Remember: Your changes only go live after publishing. Preview them first using the Preview Live button.

💡 Best Practices for High-Converting Method Cards

DO ✅

  • Be specific: "12-week periodized training" beats "training programs"

  • Focus on outcomes: "Lose fat while keeping muscle" beats "I do weight training"

  • Use action words: "Transform," "Unlock," "Achieve"

  • Keep descriptions concise: 2-3 sentences max per card

  • Choose meaningful icons: Match the icon to the content

DON'T ❌

  • Use jargon your clients won't understand

  • Write paragraphs in the description (keep it scannable!)

  • Leave checklist items empty if they don't add value

  • Use generic phrases like "professional service"

  • Choose random icons that don't relate to the content

Example: Complete Coaching Method Setup

Here's how a complete "How I Coach" section might look:

Section Title: "My 3-Pillar Coaching Method" Subtitle: "A holistic approach designed for busy professionals"
