Social proof is the most powerful way to build trust with potential clients. This guide shows you how to create compelling transformations and reviews sections that convert visitors into clients.

Your website has two social proof sections:

  • Transformations — Visual before/after stories with photos or videos

  • Reviews — Written testimonials from happy clients

Part 1: Transformations section

The transformations section showcases your client results with powerful visuals.

You can add up to 9 transformation stories.

Where to find it: Admin Panel → Website → Home Page → scroll down to "Transformations"

1.1 Enable or disable the section

At the top, you'll see a toggle to show or hide this section from your website. When enabled, visitors will see the transformations on your homepage.

1.2 Configure the section header

Every transformations section has a title and subtitle that appear above your client stories.

What you'll configure:

  • Section title — The main headline (e.g., "Real results, real people")

  • Subtitle — Supporting text explaining what visitors will see

A live preview shows exactly how your header looks. Orange warning badges appear if you're missing required fields.

1.3 Add a transformation story

Click "Add Another Transformation" to create a new client story.

For each transformation, you'll fill in:

Field

Description

Example

Client name

First name or alias

"Sarah M."

Timeframe

How long their journey took

"12 weeks"

Before/after image

Side-by-side or single transformation photo

Upload a photo

Result

The main achievement

"Lost 25 lbs" or "-15kg"

Testimonial

A short quote from the client

"I never thought I could feel this strong..."

Optional video fields:

  • Video — Upload a testimonial video or transformation clip

  • Video thumbnail — The preview image shown before the video plays

Each transformation has its own live preview card so you can see exactly how it will look on your website.

1.4 Tips for great transformations

Do:

  • Use high-quality photos with similar lighting

  • Keep timeframes honest and specific

  • Include short, emotional testimonials

  • Mix different types of results (weight loss, muscle gain, energy, confidence)

Don't:

  • Use stock photos or fake testimonials

  • Over-edit or manipulate images

  • Make unrealistic claims

  • Forget to get client permission

1.5 Adaptive grid layout

Your transformations automatically arrange beautifully based on how many you add:

  • 1-2 transformations: Centered layout

  • 3-4 transformations: Grid layout

  • 5-9 transformations: Multi-column grid

The system handles all the responsive design for mobile and desktop.

Part 2: Reviews section

The reviews section displays written testimonials from clients.

Unlike transformations (which focus on visuals), reviews focus on what clients say about working with you.

Where to find it: Admin Panel → Website → Home Page → scroll down to "Reviews Section"

2.1 Configure the section header

  • Section title — The headline above your reviews (e.g., "What clients say")

2.2 Enable carousel mode

Toggle "Enable carousel mode" to make reviews auto-scroll horizontally instead of displaying in a static grid.

  • Carousel on = Reviews scroll automatically (great for 4+ reviews)

  • Carousel off = Reviews display in a 3-column grid

2.3 Add a review

Click "Add Review" to create a new testimonial.

For each review, you'll fill in:

Field

Description

Example

Testimonial quote

What the client said

"Working with [coach name] changed my life..."

Client name

First name or full name

"Mark T."

Goal

What they came to you for

"Weight loss" or "Marathon prep"

Rating

Star rating (1-5 stars)

5 stars

Client avatar

Optional profile photo

Upload a photo

2.4 Tips for compelling reviews

Do:

  • Use specific results in testimonials ("I lost 20 pounds in 3 months")

  • Include the client's goal to help visitors relate

  • Add profile photos when possible — they increase trust

  • Keep testimonials concise (2-4 sentences)

Don't:

  • Write overly generic praise ("Great coach!")

  • Use reviews without permission

  • Fake testimonials — they damage credibility

Part 3: Using AI to improve your sections

Both sections have an "Improve with AI" button that opens Dwayne AI. You can ask Dwayne to:

  • Suggest better headlines for the section

  • Rewrite testimonials to be more compelling

  • Generate subtitle ideas

Each AI improvement costs 1 credit.

Part 4: Preview and publish

Preview your work: Click "Preview Live" next to each section to see how it looks on your actual website.

Publish your changes: When you're happy with your social proof sections:

  1. Click the Publish button in the top right

  2. Review your changes in the confirmation dialog

  3. Click Confirm to make them live

Remember: Changes are saved automatically as drafts, but visitors won't see them until you publish.
