How to Create and Manage Your Coaching Services
Transform your expertise into clear, attractive service offerings that convert visitors into clients. This guide walks you through every step of setting up your coaching packages on Gymkee.
📍 Where to Find the Services Section
Go to your Admin Panel
Click Website in the sidebar
Navigate to the Home Page tab
Scroll down to the "Coaching Path" section
Step 1: Set Up Your Section Header
The section header introduces your coaching offerings to visitors.
Configure:
Section Title – The main heading (e.g., "Choose Your Path to Transformation")
Subtitle – Supporting text that explains your approach (e.g., "Flexible coaching options tailored to your goals and lifestyle")
💡 Tip: Keep your title action-oriented and benefit-focused. Visitors should immediately understand what they'll get.
Step 2: Create Coaching Types (Tabs)
Coaching Types allow you to organize your services into categories.
For example:
1:1 Coaching – Personal training sessions
Online Coaching – Remote coaching via the Gymkee app
Hybrid – Combination of online and in-person
How to Add a New Coaching Type?
In the Coaching Types & Packages section, click "Add Type"
Enter the Tab Name (this appears as a clickable tab on your website)
Your new coaching type is ready to receive packages!
💡 Tip: If you only have one type of service, you don't need tabs – your packages will display directly without tabs.
Step 3: Create Coaching Packages
Each coaching type can have multiple packages.
For example, your "1:1 Coaching" type might include:
Starter Package – 4 sessions/month
Pro Package – 8 sessions/month
Elite Package – 12 sessions/month with nutrition
How to Add a Package:
Select the coaching type tab
Click "Add Package"
Fill in the package details (explained below)
Step 4: Configure Each Package
Basic Information:
Field | Description | Example |
Name | Package name | "Transformation Pro" |
Badge (optional) | Highlight label | "Most Popular", "Best Value", "Limited Time", or none |
Subtitle | Short description | "Complete coaching for serious results" |
Pricing Configuration:
Field | Description | Options |
Currency | Primary currency | USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), CAD, AUD, CHF |
Price | The amount | Any number (e.g., 199) |
Pricing Period | How the price is charged | /month, /year, /hour, /session, or Custom |
Pricing Period Examples:
Monthly subscription: $199/month
Per session: $75/session
Hourly rate: $100/hour
Custom: Create any format like "/week" or "/day"
For Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly):
Minimum Commitment: Set the minimum number of months (e.g., 3 months minimum)
For Session-Based Pricing:
Sessions Per Package: How many sessions are included (e.g., 10 sessions)
Step 5: Add a Second Currency (Optional)
If you have international clients, you can display prices in two currencies!
Toggle "Add second currency" to ON
Select the Second Currency (e.g., EUR if your main is USD)
Choose the Price Mode:
Same amount: Shows the same number (e.g., $199 → €199)
Auto-convert (real-time): Automatically converts using live exchange rates
Custom amount: Set a specific price for the second currency
💡 Tip: The "Auto-convert" option ensures your international prices stay accurate without manual updates.
Step 6: Add Benefits
Benefits are the key selling points that appear as a checklist on your package card.
Find the Benefits text area
Enter one benefit per line:
Weekly personalized training program Nutrition guidance and meal planning 24/7 messaging support via Gymkee app Monthly progress reviews and adjustments Access to exclusive workout library
💡 Tip: List your most compelling benefits first. 5-7 benefits is ideal – enough to show value without overwhelming.
Step 7: Set Up Your Call-to-Action (CTA)
The CTA button is what visitors click to take action.
Field | Description | Example |
Button Text | Action text | "Get Started", "Book Now", "Claim Your Spot" |
Button Link | Where the button leads | Your payment link, booking page, or contact form |
Where to Get Your Payment Link:
Gymkee Automated Sales – Create a product in your Gymkee app and copy the payment link
Stripe – Create a payment link directly in your Stripe Dashboard
Other tools: Calendly, Typeform, WhatsApp, or any booking/payment URL
👉 See our guide: "How to Get Paid Through Your Website"
Step 8: Create Limited-Time Offers (Optional)
Create urgency with discount offers that include a countdown timer!
How to Enable:
Toggle "Limited Time Offer" to ON
Configure:
Offer Badge Emoji: The emoji shown on the badge (default: ⏳)
Discount Price: The special price during the offer
Offer Ends: The date and time the offer expires
What Happens:
A countdown timer automatically appears on the package card
The discounted price shows with the original price crossed out
Once the offer expires, regular pricing resumes
💡 Tip: Limited-time offers are powerful for launches, seasonal promotions, or to encourage quick decisions.
Step 9: Set Up Commitment Periods (Optional)
Commitment periods let you offer discounts for longer commitments.
Example Setup:
Period | Months | Discount |
Monthly | 1 | 0% |
3 Months | 3 | 10% |
6 Months | 6 | 20% |
How to Add:
Click "Add Period"
Set the Label (e.g., "6 Months")
Enter the Months (e.g., 6)
Set the Discount % (e.g., 20)
Optionally mark as "Popular" (shows a badge) or "Default" (pre-selected)
💡 Tip: This only applies to subscription-based packages (monthly/yearly pricing).
Step 10: Preview Your Changes
As you edit, you'll see live previews of:
Section Preview: How the header looks
Packages Grid Preview: All your packages together
Individual Package Preview: Each card in detail
Look for the 👁️ icon sections to see how changes appear in real-time.
Step 11: Publish Your Changes
⚠️ Important: Changes are saved automatically but NOT visible on your live website until you publish.
Review all your packages
Click "Publish" in the top right corner
Confirm your changes
📋 Quick Reference: Package Checklist
Before publishing, ensure each package has:
Clear, compelling name
Descriptive subtitle
Correct pricing and currency
5-7 strong benefits
CTA button text
Working CTA link (test it!)
Badge if appropriate (don't overuse)
💡 Pro Tips for High-Converting Packages
Use the "Most Popular" badge on your middle-tier package – it guides decisions
Make benefits specific – "Lose 10-20 lbs in 12 weeks" beats "Weight loss program"
Include your delivery method – "Delivered through the Gymkee app" builds trust
Test your links – Always click through to ensure they work
Limit tabs to 3-4 – Too many options can paralyze visitors
Use offers sparingly – Constant discounts reduce perceived value
