How to Get Paid Through Your Website

Your Gymkee website lets you sell coaching programs, products, and services directly to your clients. Here's how to add payment links to your website sections.


Where Can You Add Payment Links?

Your website has three main sections where you can add payment links:

Step 1: Create Your Payment Link

You have two options:

Option A: Gymkee Automated Sales (Recommended for One-Shot Programs)

  1. Go to Gymkee (the main platform)

  2. Navigate to Automated Sales

  3. Create your product/program

  4. Copy the generated payment link

Option B: Create in Stripe Directly

  1. Log into your Stripe Dashboard

  2. Go to ProductsAdd product

  3. Set your price

  4. Go to Payment linksCreate payment link

  5. Copy the link


Step 2: Add the Link to Your Website

For Coaching Packages:

  1. Go to AdminWebsiteHome Page

  2. Scroll to the Coaching section

  3. Click on a coaching package to edit it

  4. Find the "Button link" field

  5. Paste your payment link

  6. Update the "Button text" (e.g., "Start Now", "Book a Call", "Get Started")

  7. Publish your website

For Products:

  1. Go to AdminWebsiteHome Page

  2. Scroll to the Products section

  3. Click on a product to edit it

  4. Find the "CTA URL" field

  5. Paste your payment link

  6. Update the "CTA text" (e.g., "Buy Now", "Get Access")

  7. Publish your website

For Services:

  1. Go to AdminWebsiteHome Page

  2. Scroll to the Services section

  3. Edit your service

  4. Add your booking/payment link in the CTA field

  5. Publish your website

Best Practices

Clear pricing - Display your price clearly on the card
Strong CTA - Use action words like "Start Now", "Get Access", "Book Today"
Test your links - Always click them to verify they work
Create urgency - Use the offer feature with countdown timers
Match your currency - Set the correct currency for your audience


Using Offers to Boost Conversions

For coaching packages, you can add limited-time offers:

  1. Edit a coaching package

  2. Enable "Offer" toggle

  3. Set the discount price

  4. Set the end date (this creates a countdown timer)

  5. Choose an emoji for the offer badge

Clients will see a countdown timer and the discounted price - creating urgency to buy!
