The assessments are more than essential to help you measure the progress of your clients in order to help them reach their sporting goals.

In our last tutorial on assessments, we showed you how to create "Templates", models of assessments to be able to send them to one or several clients.

If you haven't seen it yet, you can check it out right here :

πŸ‘‰ Creating assessments

To send a report to a client, first go to the "assessments" section under "Clients".

Then, at the top right of your screen, click on the text "Assign a assessments

From now on, you will enter the configuration of your assessment for your client(s).

You can freely create your own recurrence system for your reports. You can create several reports & ask for different completion dates for each of them.

Before choosing a recurrence, choose the assessment template you want to assign.

Then, the second step is to choose the client(s) to whom you wish to assign this assessment.

The 3rd step is to choose the start date & end date of your assessment requests.

By default, we put 1 year and you can customize this data to put, for example, the coaching time with the client.

The 4th and last step is to choose the recurrence of your assessments to automate this time consuming task.

For this, we have added several default recurrences to help you save time.

Here are the recurrences that you will find by default:

  • Every Monday,

  • Every Sunday,

  • Every first of the month,

  • Every last of the month.

If none of these recurrences suit you, you can click on "Custom" and create your own assessment recurrence.

You will see the configuration panel of your recurrence that you can customize as you wish.

You will be able to customize:

  • The specific months of recurrence,

  • The specific days of the recurrence week (Monday, Tuesday etc...)

  • The precise days of the month of recurrence (1, 15, 24)

For example, let's say that the "Tutorial assessment" assessment I created is a monthly assessment only that I usually request every first Sunday of a month (at M+1).

I will be able to create a recurrence that has :

  • For frequency: Every month

  • For interval: 1 (I want it to come back every month)

  • For months: all the months of the selected interval

  • For the days of the week: Sunday

  • For days of the month: the first 10 days maximum of a month

On the right side, you can check if everything is correct and that the recurrences are the right ones before clicking on "Create assessment" and assigning it to your clients.

Now you know how to assign a template and customize its recurrence before sending it to your clients.
