Your link page is a powerful mini-website where you can share all your important links with your audience.

It's perfect for Instagram bio, TikTok, or anywhere you can only share one link.

Your page lives at: coach.gymkee.io/yourusername/links

Getting started with your link page

When you first access the link page section in your admin panel, a page is automatically created for you.

The first thing to do is set up your profile.

Go to the Profile tab and fill in:

  • Your display name (how visitors will see you)

  • A short bio describing who you are

  • Your location (optional)

  • A profile photo

All changes are saved automatically as you type.

Adding and managing links

The Links tab is where you add all the destinations you want to share.

To add a new link:

  1. Click "Add link"

  2. Enter a title (what visitors will see)

  3. Paste the URL

  4. Choose a link type (external link, product, tool, etc.)

  5. Optionally assign it to a category

  6. Add a badge text like "New" or "Popular" if you want

  7. Toggle "Highlight with brand color" to make it stand out

  8. Save

You can reorder links by dragging them using the grip handle on the left.

The order you set here is the order visitors see.

To hide a link temporarily without deleting it, click the eye icon.

Hidden links won't appear on your public page.

Scheduling links

Want a link to appear only during a specific time period?

Use the scheduling feature.

When editing a link, enable "Schedule link" and set:

  • A start date and time (when the link becomes visible)

  • An end date and time (when the link disappears)

This is perfect for limited-time offers, event registrations, or seasonal promotions.

Organizing with categories

If you have many links, categories help keep things organized.

Go to the Categories tab to:

  1. Create categories like "Free resources", "Coaching programs", "Social media"

  2. Add an icon to each category

  3. Drag to reorder them

Then, when adding or editing a link, assign it to a category. On your public page, links will be grouped under their category headers.

Customizing the design

The Design tab lets you personalize the look of your link page.

Theme templates Choose from 8 pre-built themes:

  • Classic (Gymkee orange)

  • Minimal (black and white)

  • Dark elegant

  • Neon

  • Sunset

  • Ocean

  • Forest

  • Purple haze

Each theme includes its own color scheme, button style, and animations.

Click a theme to preview it.

Other design options:

  • Toggle dark mode on or off

  • Enable or disable animations

  • Choose to use your website branding colors instead of a theme

  • Add a profile video instead of (or with) your photo

Adding social media links

The Social tab is where you connect your social profiles.

Click "Add social" and:

  1. Choose the platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook)

  2. Enter your username

  3. Paste your profile URL

Social icons will appear on your link page, making it easy for visitors to find you everywhere.

Adding content to showcase

Also in the Social tab, you can add content items to feature on your page.

Click "Add content" and:

  1. Choose the platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Blog, Podcast, Other)

  2. Paste the content URL

  3. Add a title and description

  4. Upload or paste an image

This is great for showcasing your latest YouTube video, podcast episode, or blog article directly on your link page.

QR code generator

In the Advanced tab, you'll find a QR code generator.

This creates a scannable code that links directly to your page. Perfect for:

  • Business cards

  • Flyers and posters

  • Gym signage

  • Event materials

You can:

  • Choose different color styles (classic, brand colors, inverted, warm, nature, ocean)

  • Download the QR code as a PNG image

A/B testing

Also in the Advanced tab, you can run A/B tests to optimize your page.

Link title tests Test two different titles for the same link to see which one gets more clicks.

Link order tests Test your current link order against a reversed order to find the optimal arrangement.

How it works:

  1. Create a new test

  2. Choose the test type

  3. For title tests: select a link and enter an alternative title

  4. The system will randomly show visitors version A or version B

  5. Track click performance in real-time

  6. When you have enough data, pick the winner

Analytics

The Analytics tab shows you how your links are performing:

  • Total clicks across all links

  • Number of visible links

  • Top performing links

  • Recent click activity

Use this data to understand what your audience is most interested in.

Using Dwayne AI

At the top of your link page admin, you'll find a button to use Dwayne AI. This can help you generate:

  • A compelling bio

  • A catchy display name

  • Content suggestions

It's a quick way to get started if you're not sure what to write.

Tips for a great link page

  • Keep your bio short and focused (1-2 sentences)

  • Put your most important link at the top

  • Use badges sparingly - they lose impact if everything is "New"

  • Test different titles with A/B testing to see what resonates

  • Update your content regularly to keep things fresh

  • Use scheduling for time-sensitive links instead of deleting them
