Add a recipe to your meal plan

Use Gymkee's recipes or add your own to add them into your meal plan

In addition to foods and products, you can also use recipes in your plans.


Click on “Foods” and switch to “Recipes”

You’ll then see over 100 healthy recipes we’ve added, ready to use in your meal plans.

If you’ve created your own recipes, you’ll also find them here, listed at the very top.

Just like with a food or a product, simply click on the recipe or drag & drop it into the right-hand side of the screen.

Once added, you’ll see the recipe appear with:

  • The default portion size

  • The corresponding macros

The number of portions = the number of servings of the recipe.


👉 Example: 2 portions = for 2 people.

You can adjust this value to fit your client’s needs — for instance, set it to 1 portion for a single serving.
