At Gymkee, our goal is to simplify your life and save you a maximum of time on your coaching.

That's why we've separated your clients into two categories... clients with "personalized" tracking and clients without personalized tracking.

When you add a new client to Gymkee, you are asked to choose in which category you want to add this client:

Personalized client

The "personalized" status simply means that you follow up on a regular basis with this client.

You adapt your workouts and your client's programs as they progress with you.

You ensure a regular follow-up to reach his goals... a personalized follow-up.

In this case, you will have precise data on its progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

His data and assessments will be much more accurate & highlighted than a "non-personalized" client.

Non personalized client

The "non-personalized" status does not allow you to have real in-depth monitoring of your client.

Generally, clients who have the "non-personalized" status do not benefit from regular changes in workouts, programs or assessments.

They may be clients to whom you have sold a generic program or who simply ask for a standard program, without any follow-up.

You will only have access to marketing data to allow you to optimize your conversion & to be able to extract the important elements that will help you sell your next programs more easily.

The status of your clients can be changed at any time.

By the way, you can take a look at our article on selling automatic programs through Gymkee right here :

Now you know the difference between these two categories of clients.

If you need anything, feel free to reach out to us via the in-app chat on the bottom right 😉
