To get 2025 off to a good start... we'd like to announce that the rollout of Gymkee 2.0 has begun.

Instead of rolling it out to all coach accounts, we've chosen to do it step by step, with different phases in January.

Every day, we transfer new coaches to Gymkee 2.

Congratulations if you're one of them, and please let us know if you spot any bug.

If you're one of the trainers who doesn't yet have access to Gymkee 2... don't worry; it should arrive on your account in the next few days/weeks.

Rolling out Gymkee 2 gradually allows us to try it out in a real environment since, up to now, it's only been in test mode.

This allows us to correct 99.9% of the bugs before rolling it out to more people.

We'd also highlighted that Gymkee's prices would be changing at the start of the year, and this will be the case once the first phase of Gymkee 2.0 has been deployed to all our trainers.

We've decided to update our pricing system for several reasons:

→ To charge the fairest price to personal trainers

→ Allow you to choose which features you do or don't use

→ Simplify plans & make them more accessible

Here are the new packages that will apply:

There will now be just one plan available on Gymkee instead of 3. This plan will include:

✅ Up to 25 customers

✅ Up to 25 personalized exercise videos

✅ Gymkee exercise library (+400 exercises and new ones coming soon)

✅ Workout builder to create your own programs

✅ Customer fitness data

✅ Progress reports & photos

✅ Mobile applications for customers

✅ Direct chat support for you and your customers

Before, you had to take the STANDARD plan to get 25 clients; this is now possible from the first plan.

Then, once you have this ESSENTIAL plan, you can add the features you want to use and only pay for them.

Here are all the features you can add to the basic plan:

✅ Nutrition builder to create your food plans

✅ Recipes builder to create your own recipes

✅ Unlimited recipe library

✅ Unlimited food plans

✅ Add up to 25 video courses (up to 2h per course)

✅ Add up to 25 product sales (automatic program)

✅ Unlimited on-demand workouts

✅ Unlimited on-demand programs

✅ Unlimited on-demand food plans

✅ Unlimited video resources

✅ Add unlimited videos on demand (instead of 25 max)

✅ Adds unlimited sales (instead of 25 max)

✅ Unlimited video duration (instead of 2h max)

✅ Unlimited clients (instead of 25 max)

✅ Unlimited customer data

✅ Unlimited assessments

✅ Unlimited exercise videos (instead of 25 max)

✅ Unlimited exercise options

✅ Add your own colors to mobile apps & your web interface

✅ Add your own logo on the loading screen and in strategic places on mobile apps

These new plans won't apply to our first-time trainers, who still benefit from the original prices.

If you're one of the trainers who helped improve Gymkee when we needed it most, you won't be affected.

Loyalty is one of our most cherished values. We promised that the first-hour plans would not change: we're keeping that promise.

An exclusive promo code will be applied to these new plans, as well as to all current add-ons, in order to preserve your starting price.

However, some features will be added to the basic package, while others will be offered as new add-ons. If you're interested in any of these new features, simply add them to your plan.

Everything will be done on your interface for the deployment of the new plan and options.

A pop-up will appear a few days before the change to allow you to remove features you don't need in your plan.

As always, you can add and remove features as you wish.

The same goes for the plan, which you can cancel and resume whenever you like.
